As many of you already know, I have been brewing beer for years and years now. However, thanks to a friend of mine with a still, I have now started brewing booze too. My first two bottles of homemade Scotch are 1/2 gone, but this is a picture of my 2nd batch. The bottles on the left are going to be Scotch (made from wood chips). The bottles on the right are going to be Shell's Rum. The one in the middle is just an extra bottle of pure alcohol - I am debating what to do with that still. It's pretty exciting really.
