Challenging Child

Jon and I have said it before and I'm sure will say it many times more... Layla is probably our more challenging child

As you can see from the below photos she never passes up an opportunity to get into mischief

Unrolling a whole roll of toilet paper when she was suppose to be going toilet

and pouring water from the tub all over the bathroom floor during her bath... she was then told she had to clean it up...

I'm sure Layla will give us many more of these occasions, and I wouldn't be surprises if Talor joined in

School holidays are here and so is Spring!

Yesterday we took the kids to One Tree Hill to look at the lambs

The kids had an awesome time biking around, it was a really long walk though and by the end of it they were done..... and Jon and I ended up carrying bikes and Layla

We finished off the day by getting hot chips for lunch and eating them in the park

The New Dukes of Hazzard?

As many of you already know, I have been brewing beer for years and years now. However, thanks to a friend of mine with a still, I have now started brewing booze too. My first two bottles of homemade Scotch are 1/2 gone, but this is a picture of my 2nd batch. The bottles on the left are going to be Scotch (made from wood chips). The bottles on the right are going to be Shell's Rum. The one in the middle is just an extra bottle of pure alcohol - I am debating what to do with that still. It's pretty exciting really. Keep tuned in to hear how it is - and if you are nearby and want a taste test feel free to pop in.
